Virtual Health Coaching
Virtual Health Coaching is your opportunity to have a health coach that meets your needs, even when we can’t be face- to- face. Our online or over-the-phone coaching sessions can take place in the comfort of your home, on lunch break, while traveling, or wherever you are that’s quiet and calm, especially if you live far from Plymouth, Indiana where I am based.We’ll start by deeply reviewing your health history and creating smart goals for sustainable healthy lifestyle changes. In each following session we will uncover habits and manifest shifts to create a healthy relationship with food and your body, aiming for greater balance and healing. You will receive:
Personal follow-up notes and goals to work on in between each of our sessions.
I will also extend email & text during business hours Eastern Time to give you the support as needed in between our sessions to guide decisions and celebrate your journey along the way.
Supporting resources and materials that are easy-to-understand with nutrition knowledge, life tips, and recipes to help you incorporate sustainable changes.
We don’t need to measure success using a scale! We’ll use monthly tracking techniques that you can choose to analyze how things are going.
