Building a solid foundation of health and wellness.

Core U is an integrative wellness program focused on The Five Keystones of health: Nutrition, Stress Management, Movement, Lifestyle, and Community. We believe these are all interconnected and play a vital role in overall wellness. Optimal health requires harmony among all of them. This program helps clear out the noise and walks you through how to build a solid foundation of health and wellness.

Mom, wife, friend, daughter, sister, chauffeur, teacher, coach, cheerleader, cook, housekeeper, employee, boss, the list goes on. We’re guessing you can relate to at least one of these roles. As women, we wear a lot of hats, and there are a lot of things that demand our time and energy. Plus, everywhere you turn, someone is reminding you how important it is to take care of yourself, too. Not to mention, you’re bombarded with marketing messages about every new diet, fancy cream, piece of workout equipment, or another thing you need to do to get the instant results everyone seems to be craving (even though they don’t exist, hate to break it to you). No wonder we’re all stressed, tired, and burned out.

The truth is though, we do need to take care of our kids, our careers, our spouse/significant other, and ourselves. What we don’t need to do is listen to all of the new gimmicks out there regarding health and wellness. If you’re not already doing the basics of good health and wellness, that new pill, contraption, or fad diet will not get you long-term and lasting results. This means if you clear out all the noise and learn to do the basics well, it doesn’t have to be as complicated as we make it to get results.

With our Core U program, we will walk you through how to create a strong foundation for yourself. We have broken the program down into what we’re calling The Five Keystones, which we feel are the most critical areas of wellness to focus on to live a higher quality of life with more ease. We’re going to help you get to the Core U.

Testimonials

  • “When deciding to do the Core U program, I initially thought, 'YES! It would be so great to have someone alongside me pushing me to eat healthier and to move more.' What I did not expect is that this program was going to be so much more. I have been in almost every ‘get healthy’ program that I think is out there with success but also the inability to stick with it long term. Core U has a Nutrition section, sure, but the biggest takeaway that I have had was from all the other sections in the program. The Stress Management section of the program has been my biggest success. It has forced me to look at multiple sides of myself and acknowledge the stressors I have in life and the inability to deal with them in a productive and healthy way. I have noticed that I now choose healthier stress relief over emotional eating more and more. I feel this program is working on me from the inside out. This program is going to make it possible for me to get healthier and stick with it for the rest of what I hope is a VERY long life!”

  • "Core U is a very well defined program to help you change your lifestyle by one small habit. These are not habits that will overwhelm you, but rather make you think about what you are doing now and what you could do just a little better. The book is broken out into weekly sessions which is really easy to follow along with and gives you some nuggets to think about how to make better choices. My favorite part out of the entire program is the group setting. The practitioners running the meeting are so supportive and welcoming and it's a very positive, encouraging and safe environment. The other women in the group had similar but different struggles, and it was nice knowing that I'm not alone. The practitioners are very accessible and helpful and want you to succeed. They aren't selling anything to you or trying to get you to buy a membership or supplements. They're trying to coach you to be a better version of yourself. If you're thinking of signing up or are on the fence, I would totally recommend you do it. I may sign up for another session if there is something in the fall to continue the habits and have some more accountability."
